I just wanted to highlight Chris, Jose, and Nick for their efforts with our ongoing major DOCSIS outage here at the Resort. I’m sure there’s more going on behind the scenes but I’ve been interfacing directly with them over the last few days.
They have been incredibly helpful, and responsive, and helped us manage the situation here well. What they have been able to help us achieve in quick turnarounds has been fantastic – from the physical logistics of getting the replacement gear onsite in less than 24 hours to the swift configuration changes to get things online.
I appreciate the efforts they’ve put in after hours last week and over the weekend to help us, even if it’s just offering updates sporadically on where we are at uptime-wise, it’s helped me communicate to our Executive Team.
