- Explore entertainment content including Movies and TV
- Access site information via menus, sitemaps and an information compendium
- Submit requests and reports, including IT faults, non‑IT maintenance, and general forms
- Support wellbeing and safety with features such as Are You Okay? check-ins, WhatsApp contact options, media capture, duress forms with emergency voice calls, and emergency location sharing
- Capture and submit media (photos or video) directly from the device
