The seamless integration of Mining Communication and Entertainment Services for enhanced personnel wellbeing
The Cloudbreak Mine is one of two mines that make up Fortescue’s Chichester Hub Operation in the Pilbara. The Cloudbreak Village provides accommodation and messing for over 1800 workers required for mining operations and supporting services.
R-Group is very proud to have worked with Fortescue for more than 15 years and counting. During this time, we have delivered many projects across many of their mining assets. As a result, R-Group has built up a large knowledge base of information and has built solid relationships across the business. We know most of Fortescue’s sites extremely well and this is evident in our approach to projects and the advice that we provide.
Given the longstanding relationship, R-Group was the chosen supplier for an upgraded communication and entertainment system at Cloudbreak Village. Currently supporting the systems at other Fortescue Sites ensures that the system’s features and capabilities are aligned.
