International Women’s Day 2023
When we asked the women of R-Group how they would describe each other and they said – fun, friendly, strong, independent, boss energy, supportive, intelligent, competent, beautiful, amazing and they have a great sense of humour!
One team member emphasised “We all have each other’s backs.”
We are so proud of this dynamic group who collectively make R-Group the success that it is with their vibrancy, dedication, innovative programs, collaborative mindsets, impressive skills, experience, and qualifications. We love seeing our committed team advance into progressive roles within the Company.

In respect to International Women’s Day one of the team recalled a very influential experience “When I was around 19-20 I met some beautiful women from a war-torn country, who watched their entire families get murdered. I’ll never forget that despite their horrific stories, they were ALWAYS smiling, they would literally give you the shirt off their back, and they were so positive and so grateful to be in Australia. It really opened my eyes to my own privilege, and they taught me how important it is for women to uplift other women.”
We certainly feel grateful and uplifted by each other at R-Group. Thanks to the women who make up our team and contribute to our positive, professional, and inclusive culture.
