Executive Summary
JoyceGroup needed an ICT partner to help implement new technology for outfitting their meeting rooms in their new office. Since JoyceGroup was already using Microsoft Teams for their Unified Communications, they chose R-Group as their implementation partner. R-Group’s selection was based on their team’s expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Teams with Calling features, Microsoft 365 Licensing, and Surface Hub setups. - Installation of Yealink A20 Collaboration bars with content-sharing functionality to allow users to connect wirelessly to the TV.
- Installation of Yealink Teams Room Panels for each Meeting Room to allow users to see the room availability status.
- Provision and Installation of 2 x Microsoft Surface Hubs to allow for enhanced collaboration and content sharing through digital whiteboards.
